Negotiate the price, simply
Providers send the first offer. You can accept it or counter. They can counter back. You each get up to six steps. Only the other side can accept your offer, so nobody is rushed, and offers have no deadline.

Questions
How do counter offers work?
Providers send the first offer. You can accept it or counter. Each side can counter in turn, up to six steps in total. Only the other side can accept your offer.
Is there a deadline on offers?
No. Offers do not expire, so you can take your time.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, before the provider starts work. Open the booking and choose Cancel booking.
What if something goes wrong?
Open a dispute from the booking. Our team reviews it and replies by email and in the app.
Does Aarif take a fee from customers?
No customer fee is planned at launch. Any future fee will be shown before you accept an offer.
How does Aarif earn money?
Through commission and plans paid by providers and businesses, and through clearly labelled advertising.
