What we collect
Your name, email, phone (if you add it), sign-in details from Google if you use it, your service requests (area, date, details), offers, bookings and reviews. Providers also give business details and verification documents.
How we use it
To run requests, offers and bookings, notify you, verify providers, prevent misuse and support you. We don't sell your data.
Who sees what
Providers see your request area and details. Your name and phone are shared with a provider only after you accept their offer. Verification documents are visible only to the provider who uploaded them and to authorised Aarif reviewers; every reviewer view is logged.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secured servers with encrypted connections. Verification documents are kept in private storage and are not publicly accessible.
Retention
We keep account and booking records while your account is active and as required by law. Verification documents are kept only as long as needed for verification and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time and ask us to delete your account through the help option.
