UAE Data Protection (PDPL)

Aarif complies with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL). Personal data is collected lawfully for explicit service fulfillment purposes. Users have statutory rights to access, export, rectify, and erase their personal information.

Consumer Protection & Fair Pricing

In accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, all service pricing is transparent, negotiated openly, and confirmed via versioned mutual offers. All prices are explicitly stated in UAE Dirhams (AED) and calculated using exact integer fils minor units.

Platform Marketplace Role

Aarif operates as an electronic matchmaking and workflow platform under UAE trade licensing laws. Aarif does not directly supply home or vehicle services; all work is carried out by verified independent providers or licensed commercial entities.

Building Entry & NOC Clarification

References to 'NOC' (No Objection Certificate) within the Aarif platform strictly signify building or community facility access permission for designated workers assigned to a confirmed booking. An NOC on Aarif does not imply government, police, or municipality licensing.

Media & Advertising Guidelines

Commercial brand advertising and influencer agent activities on Aarif adhere to UAE Media Council regulations. Advertising partners must furnish valid advertiser permit numbers and maintain appropriate trade licensing.
