What Aarif is
Aarif is a platform that connects customers in the UAE with independent service providers (companies and individuals). Providers perform the services; Aarif does not.
Offers and prices
Providers send offers and customers may counter. The accepted offer is the agreed price for the booking. Prices are set by providers and agreed between you and the provider.
Payment
At this stage you pay the provider directly as agreed. Aarif does not collect card payments and does not hold your money.
Verification
Providers are reviewed before they can send offers. "Verified" means only that the documents shown to us were checked; it is not a guarantee of work quality, insurance or licensing beyond what was checked.
Cancellations
You can cancel a booking before work starts. Providers can cancel with a reason. Repeated late cancellations may lead to account limits.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate request details, be available at the agreed time, and treat providers respectfully. Providers must hold the licences their work requires and follow UAE law.
Accounts
We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform, give false information or put others at risk.
